What IF Work... Actually Fit Life?

I started my own businesses because when I tried to return to work, I hit the same brick walls so many others face:

★ No part-time hours for new starters.

★ No flexibility for school holidays or emergencies.

★ Skills that were suddenly seen as “outdated” just because I took a break.

So I built my own path.

And now, as I grow my business, I’m asking:

What IF we could build something better?

The What IF Revolution was sparked by my experiences as a mum, but I realise it’s about so much more.

This isn’t just for parents—it’s for:

★ Caregivers who can’t fit into rigid work structures.

★ Retired professionals who still want to contribute their skills.

★ Neurodivergent individuals who thrive in flexible, skills-based environments.

★ Anyone undervalued by traditional hiring models.

The What IF Revolution is about:

★ Valuing skills, not just hours.

★ Creating work that fits real lives.

★ Challenging outdated hiring models.

This isn’t another gig economy—it’s about real, fair opportunities for people who have the skills but not the flexibility to fit into rigid systems.

I don’t have all the answers—but together, we can start a movement.

I’m Dana Aspinall, and I created the What IF Revolution because I know what it’s like to want to work but not fit into the traditional system.

After hitting brick walls when trying to return to work, I built my own businesses instead. But I couldn’t stop thinking: What IF we built something better?
